The first hall is the Criminal Hall. This is where all criminal acts are prosecuted and tried. The first level of the courts in this hall include Police Court, The Lower Court, and The Higher Court. Police Court trials contain the least severe federal crimes including parking tickets and federal mistameters. The second court is the Lower Court. These include drug crimes and transportation crimes where someone is injured, like drinking and driving. Cases tried here are mid level federal crimes. The highest is the Higher Court. The most severe federal crimes are tried here. Some examples include murder, treason, and Corporate Fraud. Every case has the right to appeal to the next level, which is the Federal Circuit Felon Court. (Police Court cases go to the Appeals Court of the Federal Circuit) If after this decision a side is not happy, they may proceed to The Golden Court of Federal Criminals. The decision of this court is final unless The Constitution Council thinks the outcome is wrong and denies the constitution, which then decides they will take the case. Then this will be the final decision.
The Civil Hall works very similarly to the Criminal Hall, however the names of the Courts are different. Here the first level Courts are The Commercial and Labor Court, and the Civil Court. In Commercial and Labor Court, all businesses can submit cases against other businesses in this court. In the Civil Court, individuals can prosecute or be tried. The Appeals process works very much the same as the criminal court. The second level consists of The Appeals Court of the Federal Circuit. Then a case may proceed to the Golden Court of Civil Action. If the Constitutional Council does not like the outcome of a case as it relates to the constitution, they may take the case. Their decision is also final.
The last of the halls is the Administrative Hall. As the name implies it has to do with all cases involving any administrative laws. The level one court largest court is The Citizenship Court, which deals with issues involving citizenship. The other courts will be discussed in a later publication. The most important court in this hall is the Council D’Etat. This court can prosecute The Government for any administrative laws created which may be illegal by creating Administrative Law Suits. The Government may also have the Council check any new regulations before passing them to avoid any lawsuits later.
