Immigration Process

The Immigration process is found at 19 GERC 301 - A in The GER Code, it states;

A) The process to become a Republican, you must follow the following steps in order

Apply and be granted one of the three visas listed in Chapter two of title 19.
Apply and be granted a Long Stay Extension.
Hold your visa for a minimum of four years.
1. During these four years, you must not;
  1. Not have committed any federal crime.
  2. Hold a steady income for a minimum of three years.
Pass a citizenship test with a minimum score of 80%.
Attend an “Oath Ceremony”

Step One - Apply for a Visa

The Process Starts with applying for a GER Visa. After being granted a visa, you may move on to step two.

Tourism Visa

Criteria

I) Are visiting for tourism.

II) Will be staying for less than 90 Days.

III) A Valid Passport from their home country.

IV) Eligible to bear all travel expenses.

V) Be able to show a plan to return to their home country.

Business Visa

Criteria

I) Are visiting for business.

II) Will be staying for less than 90 Days.

III) A Valid Passport from their home country.

IV) A business to sponsor their travel and cover work expenses.

V) Be able to show a plan to return to their home country.

Family Visa

Criteria

I) Are visiting family who reside in the republic.

II) Will be staying for less than 90 Days.

III) A Valid Passport from their home country.

IV) Eligible to bear all travel expenses.

V) Be able to show a plan to return to heir home country.

Step Two - Apply for a Long Stay Extension

The second step involves applying for a Long Stay Extension that will be added onto your current visa To be eligible for a “Long Stay Extension” you must meet the following criteria,

I) Provide a “permanent address that you will be staying at.

II) Apply at least six months before travel.

III) Provide a source of income.

IV) Provide a planned return date back to your home country.

V) Following 90 days after your original arrival, you must visit any public office you choose when you apply for your extension to “check in” with any government officer at any town hall or kingdom or federal office building with Approval from the State Department. This sites will be included in your visa approval paperwork.

Step Three - Apply for Work Authorization

Gaining work Authorization after gaining a Long Stay extension is very easy. Just apply and follow the instructions. The approval process is quick most likly gaining approval in a few weeks.

Step Four - Work and Live

Waiting for citizenship

After moving and starting work, you are starting the waiting process to become a citizen! After four years you may apply for citizenship.
