What is the RU?

The Republican Union (RU) is a supranational political and economic union of 13 member states that are primarily former Grand English Republican Colonies and territories. The Union has an estimated population of more than 140 million as of 2025. The RU is often described as a sui generis political entity combining characteristics of both a federation and a confederation
